Timetable confuzzling.

Ugh. Yeah. Remember the last post? Dilemmas happen in life.
1) The Deans don't accept option changes from today onwards OTL
2)Even though my dean was able to change my option, i would also have to change three other classes.
3) GRAHHHHH. Rage. ;A;

Dammit. I am not amused. Neither am I in the best mood. Although on the other hand...
The art department has allowed me to take art in year 12 next year. But I wanna also take art this year. \sobs.
History is.... Too simple.
Honestly, its just Hetalia+school.

Oh well. I shall go to Happy-the-Panda's house in Friday to steal some notes- I mean, catch up with art. C:

New canvas.

Literally. I'm buying a new set of pencils, paintbrushes and an A3 art book. Why?
I'm changing options.

That's right. I am changing from History to Art. Hopefully I won't have any sort of timetable confuzzling. I don't know what came over me, however I knew I should've changed earlier. Oh well. No use dwelling in the past right? Good bye History, hello tomorrow.

Oh the oxymoron title.

Lets get started shall we?
Music. I recently visited a friend's blog and saw that she had an optional play-list at the sidebar. So, having some internet to spare, I thought "Why not.". Oh the nostalgia of the flowing melodies. I started off with the first song on the list, [Kingdom Hearts II, Dearly beloved].

The musical conversation between the clarinet and cello was that amazing touch which brought the opening music to life. It reminded me of my first time putting the C.D. into the slot and beginning a new game, a new adventure. I can say that Square Enix has really caught me off guard with all the deep themes in Kingdom hearts. Friendship, Hope, Bonds, each are an equally important piece of the puzzle.

After looking at other songs on the play-list, a handful of them being my new favourites. (Tifa's theme FF7, Joe Hisaishi's legend of the Ashitaka and Suteki da ne.)

The flow, conversation, harmony and unity of different notes and instruments co-existing together, that is bliss. Closing my eyes and imagining a story blooming with imagination, music really hits the spot of inspiration.

Composers, I salute to thee once again for a job truly well done.

My grandparents were going to visit us all the way at the bottom of the world and their flights were on Saturday. However, Grandma got ill and had to get sent to the emergency room. Ugh. It's been three years since I've seen my grandparents so I'm a bit bummed out.

On the lighter side, K-on! is showing anime club- I mean, Anime club is showing K-on! on Thursday lunchtimes~! Squeee~~ I'm so excited. I really wanna meet new juniors and spread the anime awesomeness. :3

Random note: I have completed 298/300 missions in FFTA2. Whoo hoo. Just needa wait for the right month to complete the last tournament and do some random 'Odd places' mission again. But before that, I am ready to kick some butt at the 3rd moonlight tower. BRING IT ON!

Also, I made a cute origami spinnin top, courtesy of my Neko-chan senpai~ Lovely little thing. X3

Japan day. Anyone going? I'm all excited for it because it is going to be my first time~! Shall pick up a load of origami bits and pieces like senpai and 'study' them :D

I regret not taking art now. But I still suck at drawing. I'm thoroughly in conflict between my skills and what I love. Seeing some people do art has inspired me to doodle more during class. Honestly, I avoid drawing animals because I'm unfamiliar with the movement and body structure, but I can manage a simple person. No fancy eyes or hands and whatnot. Therefore scarves and dresses are my slight forte.

Yes, this is my wishlist.
I don't do this kind of thing very often, but its nice to think of what i need once in a while.
I'm going to have two lists. One for realistic wishes and one for unrealistic wishes.
Realistic includes what I want which actually provides a certain benefit. Unrealistic includes the weird, wonderfully weird, and wants which don't provide any purpose other than glee and entertainment.

To be honest, it was hard coming up with what I want. Sentimental things like family, values and friends are all meaningful things to me. I'm proud of where and how I grew up and I will never regret anything.

You know who you are.

I am utterly confused at the moment. I do accept the fact that I let logic control my decisions, however it is thoroughly imperative that I achieve what I can do. To be honest, initiating my own decisions is not my absolute forte. Take it at whatever angle you desire to see it from.

It does take a while for me to remember that humans are not mind readers at the moment; retorting and snapping back in my head has become a habit these days. Which is why I am 'quiet'.

O dear, it is rather difficult to remember when I actually voice out or think in my head. Do accept my apologies.

Ngah. English classes are driving me mad. My weekends have been spoiled because I had been thinking about finishing off my poetry analysis. Problem? I don't know how to.

So short story shorter, this is equivalent to a chef telling his rookie student to make a dragon egg omelette.

Cakes and Paperwork

Whoopee! This year marks the year in which I begin my first senior year. That means daily homework. (I actually never thought that this day would come, once again.)

O gosh the lovely memories... Ahem. Time flies past when you're having fun and faster when you're learning. Desu ne? XD

This year most of my subjects require nothing but a ring binder, refill paper and myself. Which means its time to bring out the ultimate ring-binders of all ring-binders. A gigantic Office folder! :3

Well its bigger than my previous folder. However 'tis nonetheless larger. 'Nuf said.

Moving along, and off topic, Fullmetal Alchemist.

I finally got my hands on the full season of FMA brotherhood. Hey, its better late than never. Apart from the fact that they're .mkv files (grr.), ridiculously HUGE (300+ Mb?!), and 60 episodes long, I am prepared to watch it to the end. Same goes with the manga. Funnily enough, my first time reading FMA was volume one at an anime convention in 2008. Awesomeness. Its hard to pick out anime when you download them... Especially when they haven't got the avi ones. Grah. <- That grinds my gears.
.Avi is lovely. It also allows me to stick my hard drive to the magical device of awesomeness and enables me to watch anime with the tv.

Gong Xi Fa Cai!

恭喜，恭喜，恭喜你！！

Yes, the 4th of February is the beginning of a new Chinese lunar year, and it is also known as Chinese New Year. This year is the year of the metal rabbit, and my family and I are kicking starting CNY with yee sang~

Yee sang is a traditional Malaysian/Singaporean dish with seperated white radish, raw fish (salmon),pickled onion, red beetroot, pamelo, mango, cucumber, peanuts, crispy biscuits, carrot, plum sauce and some more other ingredients. It sounds a bit weird at the moment, but all these colourful elements taste divine when mixed together.

It is a tradition for everyone to participate in mixing up the dish. The dish itself is a symbol of prosperity, vigor and abundance. Different ingredients are added in whilst saying wishes of good luck and prosperity. As members of the dinner continue to toss the shredded ingredients in the air, it is believed that the height in which you toss the ingredients reflects the height of the diner's growth in prosperity, thus yee sang is a happy experience.
